The most wonderful time of the year has passed! But on December 9 the Barclay Building was filled with the beautiful sights and sounds of the Christmas season; Women Choice Network’s staff, clients and volunteers including several members of the Mission and Outreach team as we hosted the annual client Christmas party giveaway! We were in charge of set up, clean up and serving the food that was provided by volunteers. The day started as the families arrived and were given numbers corresponding to members and their families. Moms and Dads were able to go “shopping” among the toys that were so generously donated for children of all ages. Many thanks to everyone who participated to make that day special for the clients. There were 60 families served with much needed items for their Christmas.
